Instonic is an online tool website that may display publicly available Instagram-related content based on usernames entered by users.

6. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice
After receiving a complete DMCA notice, Instonic may take one or more of the following actions:
- Review the submitted information
- Request more details if the notice is incomplete
- Remove or disable access to the reported content
- Block the reported profile or media from appearing through Instonic
- Keep a record of the request for legal and safety purposes
- Contact the person or source connected to the content, where appropriate
We try to review valid copyright requests as soon as possible. Incomplete notices may take longer to process.
7. Counter-Notification
If content was removed from Instonic because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your full legal name
- Your contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed
- The location where the content appeared before removal
- A statement that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
